Return Policy: I truly believe you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you do need to return an item, you must ship your unused, unwashed item back within 10 days of receiving your package. Customer pays return shipping. If you receive an item that is the wrong item or the wrong size that you ordered, please email sales@laylalael.com within 3 business days to let us know. 

Exchanges: If you would prefer to exchange an item, we ask that you purchase the item you want on the website and then send back your item you wanted to exchange for a refund. At this time, items are limited and this will better ensure you will get the item you want. 

Mission Statement: Layla Lael strives to bring you beautiful, classy, modest and fun clothes, to help you look like the lovely lady that you are! Quality and appeal are equally important, to provide you great looks that will last.

Sizing: I will note on most items if they fit true to size or if they run large/small and I will provide measurements for certain items. If you have any questions, you can reach out by Facebook messenger, Instagram messages, or email sales@laylalael.com for any questions you may have.
